Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan your package after it leaves our hands. If it looks stuck, it’s likely just between scanning hubs and will pop back up soon!
Deep breaths! Most delays are caused by unexpected weather, high seasonal volume (like the holidays), or carrier backlogs. These typically only add 3-5 business days to your wait.
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few hours early. Check with your neighbors or behind that one oversized planter—if it’s still missing after 24 hours, Contact Our Support Team and we’ll hunt it down for you!
